We are working with a well-established and expanding manufacturer seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a modern, high-volume FMCG production site in Luton, Bedfordshire . The Role

Operating within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you’ll be responsible for a balanced mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance , ensuring machinery and production lines run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities will include :

Carrying out planned maintenance on a range of automated manufacturing and packaging equipment

Responding to breakdowns and fault-finding in a time-critical production environment

Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

Working closely with production teams to maintain output and quality standards

This role is Monday to Friday, days only , offering excellent work–life balance and routine working hours.

What We’re Looking For

Experienced Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical or Multi-Skilled)

Background within FMCG, manufacturing, or automated production environments

Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive maintenance approach

Reliable, flexible, and keen to progress within a growing organisation
