Key Responsibilities

• Visit luxury boutiques in designated airports and provide feedback on the shopping experience
• Observe and evaluate the quality of customer service, product presentation, and overall ambiance
• Submit thorough and honest feedback to assist brands in refining their customer experiences

Requirements

• Frequent traveler with an eye for luxury and discerning attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for providing clear, impactful feedback
• Willingness to adapt to varying assignment types and industries
• Must be 21 years or older
