Marketing Community Programme Manager

Position Overview

We’relooking for a highly organized and collaborativeProgram Managertodriveand scale repeatable initiatives for the Forma Community team.You’llbe responsible formanagingour1:manyactivities, such ascommunity events, digital competitions, awards programs, and other strategic initiatives that drive engagement andvisibilityatscale.You’llwork closely with CommunityMangers, Marketing, andother stakeholdersto ensure every initiative delivers measurable impact and aligns with our broader growth goals.

This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership—who wants to stretch across the fulltoolkitof community marketing: fromideation toimpact.

Role Description

• Own and manage a calendar of community initiatives, ensuringtimelyexecution and cross-functional alignment

• Lead planning and delivery ofplanned activities, includingcommunity events, digital competitions, and awards programs

• Collaborate with internal teams to create content that engages and activates our audience

• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsand the Community Leadto develop growth-led community strategies informed by data and insights

• Craft marketing contentacross multiple channels,inclusive ofsocial media,blog,newslettersand others as needed

• Apply AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance initiative execution

• Keep team members accountable for their responsibilities across projects

• Analyze initiative performance and report actionable insights to inform future strategy

• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities toidentifynew opportunities

• Support the development of feedback loops between community and product teams

WhatWe’reLooking For

• Proven experience managing digital marketing programs or events, ideally in a community context

• 4+yearsexperiencein marketing, with alarge spectrum of experience across a variety of marketing tactics.The idealdigitalmarketing generalist

• Comfortable withownership—taking ideas from concept to execution, and thrivingwhenyou'retrusted to drive outcomes across the full community marketingtoolkit

• Able toidentifyblockers that are slowing you and the teamdown, andworking with stakeholders to clear the way

• Strong organizational and collaboration skills

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate results into recommendations

• Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders

• Ability to create compelling content and manage creative workflows

• Ideally have experience with AI tools and a passion for responsible innovation

• Technically proficient with Microsoft Office Suite,and, ideallyCopilot, Slack, Teams, Zoom, Canva and Photoshop. Quickto learn new tools
