Customer Service Advisor – Hybrid

Do you have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service within a office environment and are looking for your next exciting opportunity?

Our fantastic client in Windsor are a leading firm that are continuing to grow and are looking for a great new Customer Service Advisor to join the team!

They are paying a salary of £23,810. The working hours are Monday – Friday 9 : 00-5 : 30pm and (37.5 hours a week) and they offer hybrid working after you complete your training! This will be 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities of the role of Customer Service Advisor :

• Corresponding with solicitors, claimants and medical experts via letter and email
• General administration such as issuing appointments
• Data-entry
• Diary work
• Answering incoming calls
• Making outgoing calls
• Instructing doctors to produce independent medical reports
• Ordering and processing medical records
• Arranging medical tests / investigations as required
