Qualified Mechanical Fitter – Permanent Role

Our client, a respected and growing engineering business, is looking for a skilled Mechanical Fitter in Lancaster area with strong assembly experience to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified individual who is eager to develop and progress their career.

Key Responsibilities :

Mechanical assembly of components and equipment

Reading and interpreting technical drawings

Building from flat packs / components to finished assemblies

Using power tools safely and effectively

Sealing and finishing components with silicone where required

Working to high quality and safety standards

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter with assembly skills (essential)

Ability to understand and work from technical drawings

Skilled in the use of power tools and workshop equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
