Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in commercial fit-out projects? We're expanding our team and looking for a dedicated professional to join us in delivering high-quality interior spaces across London.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects of fit-out projects (CAT A & B) from pre-construction through completion.
• Support cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management to ensure project financials meet targets.
• Coordinate with project teams to monitor budgets, forecast costs, and report variances.
• Work across multiple fast-paced projects and adapt to changing requirements.
