Client Services Director (Interior Branding) Belgium

We’re working with a globally recognised interior independent, multidisciplinary design studio based in Belgium that’s entering an exciting new phase of growth.

They’re looking for a Client Services Director with experience working ideally with retail, leisure or hospitality clients to lead their Client Management team and play a key role in strengthening commercial performance, building global client relationships, and streamlining operations.

They are looking to hire a natural leader and strategic thinker with a passion for design, hospitality, and building meaningful partnerships who ideally has worked previously as Client Services or Account Director or Interior Designer.

You will inspire and lead a team of Client Managers having worked in a similar creative environment, driving structure, accountability, and performance. owning client relationships ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth with international clients.

This will include bridging creative and commercial, collaborating with design teams to deliver high-impact, high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Amazing opportunity that is based in our clients Belgium English speaking office with a hugely collective mix of European creative talent. Applicants will either be either European or UK Citizens and also happy to travel across the European region and full work visas would be offered.
