Salary :

£26,500 base + monthly bonuses (realistic first-year earnings £27,000-£28,000)

The Role

As a Supervisor, you'll lead by example, ensuring the store delivers an outstanding customer experience every day.

Work pattern :

39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm, with evenings off and reduced weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and elevate customer service standards.

Ensure company and brand standards are consistently met, following all health & safety guidelines.

Achieve store and company KPIs.

Enthusiastic and energetic, with a passion for delivering great service.

Experience in retail, hospitality, or another service-focused environment.

Proactive and self-motivated - able to drive productivity and your own career progression during quieter trading periods.
