About the role

We are very excited to be opening a new store in Bath, in Autumn 2025. We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Assistant Manager to join and support the Store Manager in making this store a success.

As Assistant Manager, you are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in delivering the company’s strategy and for proactively managing the sales performance of your store, by leading and motivating the selling team, developing and managing customer service levels and setting shop floor standards.

• At least 2 years’ previous retail junior manager experience is essential
• Able to use initiative and motivate

• A strong interest in interiors and furniture
