Business Growth Manager
to join our dynamic and growing consultancy team. Full support and training will be provided.Backed by over 25 years of experience in the drinks industry, were launching a new division focused on helping hospitality and food businesses thrive through tailored consultancy and strategic support. This is your chance to get in at the start of something exciting.Key Responsibilities
Learn our services, client base, and market approach through a comprehensive onboarding and training plan
Build strong relationships with potential clients through outreach, networking, and follow-ups
Identify new sales opportunities across the food and beverage industry
Engage with existing venue partners to explore opportunities for additional services and bookings
Contribute to lead generation efforts via inbound and outbound strategies
Support the development and delivery of tailored consultancy solutions
Work closely with the teamincluding venue managers, the Group Managing Director, and marketingto achieve shared business objectives
Provide regular updates on your progress and activity
What We're Looking For
No previous experience in sales or business development is required
A proactive, confident, and outgoing personality
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A natural relationship-builder who enjoys speaking with new people
Ambitious and results-focused, with a willingness to learn and grow
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and open to learning CRM systems
What Success Looks Like
First 3 Months : Complete full training and onboarding
Build a pipeline of at least 10 potential clients
Hold 10+ introductory meetings or calls
Contribute to 5+ new business opportunities
First 6 Months : Help secure 15+ new consultancy contracts
Convert a growing number of leads into signed clients
Achieve 6080% of your revenue target
Establish strong relationships with recurring clients
First 12 Months : Secure 30+ consultancy contracts
Exceed individual sales targets
Develop long-term partnerships
Become a trusted point of contact in your sector
