Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Learning Support Assistant for an exciting opportunity at a secondary school in Salford. The position is to start immediately and offers the chance to make a real impact on students’ education.Key Details : Start Date : ASAPPosition : Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pmSalary : £1670 - £1800 per month, depending on experience and qualificationsPayment : Weekly, every Friday via PAYEThis is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting students within a secondary school environment. The role is perfect for a graduate looking to pursue a career in education or an experienced teaching assistant eager to contribute to a supportive school community.Key Responsibilities : Work closely with the SENCO and support team to create and implement tailored support plans to address individual learning needs.Monitor student progress, providing additional support where necessary.Demonstrate knowledge of Special Educational Needs, including Autism, Dyslexia, and behavioral challenges.Build strong relationships with students and staff through effective communication.Offer encouragement, support, and guidance to students to help them succeed.If you are passionate about supporting students and want to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
