The Role 📈

As an Investor Relations Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and capital markets. Your job is to help crypto‑native companies clearly articulate who they are, how they create value, and why investors should care.

This role goes beyond reporting numbers. You will help shape the IR narrative, guide messaging for key market moments, and support founders as they engage with investors, analysts, and the broader capital markets ecosystem.

• Investor Materials: Write and structure earnings updates, IR reports, and supporting documentation.
• Narrative Strategy: Define and refine core IR stories, translating complex businesses into clear, credible narratives.
• Preparation: Support scripting, messaging, and Q&A preparation for earnings calls and presentations.
• Strategic Leadership: Lead strategy for capital markets clients by understanding TradFi and crypto investor landscapes.
• Network & Outreach: Facilitate introductions to LPs, funds, and analysts, and coordinate participation in industry events.
• Collaboration: Partner with PR and internal teams to ensure messaging is aligned and consistent.

Key Skills and Qualifications 🧠

• Professional Experience: Background in investor relations, capital markets, equity research, or corporate finance.
• Strong Writing: Ability to turn complex financial and technical info into clear, compelling investor narratives.
• Market Savvy: Solid understanding of traditional finance with a strong interest in crypto/token ecosystems.
• Communication: Confident communicator comfortable working with founders, executives, and analysts.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to zoom out, identify the core story, and align it with market expectations.
• Take ownership: Be accountable, act like an owner, and go the extra mile.
• Get shit done: Move fast, focus on execution, and learn by doing.
• Simplify & systemize: Build processes and work smarter.
