The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, youll be given full training and support to develop your career in recruitment. Youll be working in a fast-paced environment, learning how to build relationships with schools, source and interview candidates, and match the right people to the right roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, candidates, and colleagues.
• Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of education roles.
• Develop a strong understanding of client needs to provide a tailored recruitment service.
• Manage job adverts, candidate databases, and recruitment processes effectively.
• Work towards targets and KPIs with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
