Working with family-run business in their search for a Agricultural Machinery Technician. This company has built a strong reputation for quality and reliability, growing continuously while maintaining its core values and supportive team culture.Location : Gaydon Salary : £30,000 - £40,000 + excellent bonus scheme Hours : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30am - 5 : 00pm Training availableThe Role : This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with practical experience working with farm machinery to join a small, close-knit team. You'll be responsible for the refurbishment, repair, and maintenance of agricultural vehicles and machinery, ensuring they are restored to a high standard.Key Responsibilities : Refurbishment and repair of agricultural machinery and vehiclesGeneral maintenance and servicing of equipmentWelding and spray painting (if required) (is a great skill to have but not essential)Valeting and washing machinery before dispatchManaging time effectively across multiple tasksSupporting team members and contributing to personal developmentWhat We're Looking For : Hands-on experience working with farm machinery (essential)Maintenance and repair experience within agricultural, plant, or heavy machineryWelding skills (preferred, but training available)Self-motivated with a practical, problem solving mindsetGood attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesWhat's on Offer?Competitive salary £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)Excellent bonus schemeTraining opportunities to enhance your skillsSupportive, family-oriented work environmentUniform supplied and launderedTools providedStandard working hours - Monday to Friday, no weekends
