If you're passionate about driving change and ready to tackle challenging projects that will revolutionize the automotive industry, this role is for you.What You Will Do : - Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of new mechatronic systems within the Body Engineering division.- Support the development of customer and system level requirements, creating system targets and specifications.- Collaborate across multiple teams and with diverse stakeholders to integrate solutions that meet quality, cost, and time criteria.- Apply Systems Engineering principles to define system architecture, manage requirements, and ensure technical integrity.- Drive progress through regular meetings and reviews, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.- Author and review documentation, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.What You Will Bring : - Proven experience in product creation & delivery, change control, and change management processes.- Expertise in defining customer level requirements through Use Case Analysis and requirements elicitation.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a track record of effective teamwork.- Knowledge of Systems Engineering principles with relevant experience in system definition and integration.- Preferred : Knowledge of automotive mechatronic systems, including Latches, Spindle Drives & Control Modules.Joining this team means contributing to a culture of innovation, quality, and sustainability.
