Job Title : Estimator – High End ResidentialLocation : Leatherhead & Hybrid WorkingSalary : Up to £55,000 (DOE)

Are you a motivated Estimator ready to advance your career in the high-end residential construction sector? We are seeking an enthusiastic Estimator with a background in residential new build and refurbishments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from single dwellings to large 10-unit plots valued at up to £5m, all within the new build and refurbishment market in South-West London and Surrey.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for residential new build and refurbishment projects.Oversee 5–6 projects concurrently, ensuring accurate and timely estimation.Serve as the sole Estimator, providing essential support to 5 site managers and senior business leaders.Collaborate with project teams to refine budgets and optimise project efficiency using industry-standard estimation techniques.Assess tender documentation and manage bids.Liaise with clients, architects, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.Maintain a strong understanding of market rates and procurement strategies.

Essential Requirements :

Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail.Familiarity with industry-standard estimation software and methodologies is advantageous.Ability to work flexibly with an expectation of spending two days per week in the office.Demonstrable experience or a keen interest in high-end residential construction.Familiarity with listed and heritage building projects is a plus.Strong commercial awareness with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits :
