Maintenance Fitter

Hours : three-week rolling rota | 12 hours shifts Days 6AM-6PM and Nights 6PM-6AM | Working 12 / 21 days Salary : £47,000 - £50,000pa experience dependant Location : Burton-on-Trent

We are looking for an experienced maintenance fitter working a mixture of days and nights to join a busy manufacturing facility on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity due to business growth with opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities :

Responding to breakdowns and provide technical support to production

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance following maintenance schedules.

Fault-finding, root cause analysis, and diagnostics

Supporting upgrades, installations, and modifications

Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements :

Recognised engineering qualifications desired

Strong mechanical engineering experience

Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding advantageous

Background in production or manufacturing, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
