About the Role :

In this key leadership position, you will be the go-to person for all engineering activities, acting as the statutory competent authority for the maintenance functions in accordance with relevant regulations. You will drive the maintenance KPIs and standards, ensure safety protocols are embedded in every process and keep environmental impacts in check-all while managing equipment reliability and costs.

You will also :

Develop and implement local maintenance policies in alignment with industry standards and legal requirements

Lead health, safety, and environmental improvement initiatives across the site

Strategically plan, budget, and execute capital projects to optimise performance and tap into new resources
