Backed by global partners and trusted by household names, this company is scaling fast and needs a Growth Marketing Lead to drive product-led demand generation and boost ARR. You'll work closely with founders and sales leaders to shape campaigns, generate pipeline, and optimise the full customer journey. What you'll be doing
- Deliver and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, organic, partner).
- Own paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn and email with a clear focus on ROI.
- Create high-impact content - e-books, factsheets, demo videos, landing pages.
- Partner on co-marketing initiatives to generate qualified pipeline opportunities.
- Track funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CAC) and drive continuous improvement.
- Keep the website fresh, SEO-optimised and performing at a high standard. What we're looking for
- 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with strong demand gen experience.
- Track record running paid acquisition and email campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Data-driven mindset with analytics, A / B testing and funnel optimisation skills.
- Excellent writing and messaging skills.
- Hands-on with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related field. Nice to have
- Experience marketing to SMBs and enterprise within tech.
- Familiarity with SEO, content strategy and marketing ops.
- Comfort with websites / landing page optimisation. The package
- £38k-£40k base (DOE) + bonus scheme.
- Hybrid (3 days in Belfast office).
