Hours: 36 OR 48 hours per week - Nights or Bank hours

Pay: £12.90 per hour

In this role, you’ll be supporting residents with their daily needs, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Every day you’ll be making a real difference, ensuring the home feels like a community where residents can live with dignity and joy.

Your Role

• Provide warm, person-centred care for our residents
• Support with washing, dressing, mealtimes, and mobility
• Offer companionship and encourage residents to join activities and social events
• Help create a safe, clean, and homely environment
• Work closely with your colleagues to ensure residents’ well‑being is always the top priority

Essential Criteria

• At least 6 months working as a carer for older people
• Experience working with people living with Dementia
• A kind, patient, and understanding nature
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Excellent work ethic and flexibility
