Job Description

Reservations Agent

You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience they come when they arrive!

What you will be doing:

• To consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• To enter rooming lists while ensuring accuracy, as required
• To update reservations ensuring a flawless check in and check out process
• To ensure revenue is maximized by up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities
• To liaise with sales and other departments as required
• To answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Previous customer related experience required
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team

Additional Information

• Experience is an asset
• Prior experience working with FOLS or a related system
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
