Commercial Property Solicitor – 2–6 PQE

Location : London (Hybrid Working)

Salary : £60,000 - £90,000 (higher for those with a following or ability to generate work)

Our client, a well-established and growing law firm based in London, is looking for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor (2–6 PQE) to join their thriving Real Estate team. The firm acts for a range of high net worth individuals, investors, developers, and commercial occupiers across the capital and beyond.

The role :

• Handle a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment transactions, and development projects.
• Advise a varied client base including property companies, investors, and private clients with substantial portfolios.
• Work closely with colleagues across departments to provide joined-up commercial advice.
• Support business development and contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s property offering.
