About the role

As Head Chef, you will be accountable for maximising profit from all food produced and served, achieving this by delivering exceptional dishes and menus crafted from seasonal ingredients, while maintaining strict control over costs.

Your focus will be on improving customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business by upholding consistently high standards, ingredient quality, cooking techniques, and presentation.
