SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time

The Role

• Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN/SEMH needs
• Support emotional regulation, behaviour management, and engagement in learning
• Foster a calm, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Work closely with class teachers, SEN staff, and parents
• Help pupils build confidence, resilience, and independence
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Patient, nurturing, and kind with a calm approach
• Previous experience supporting SEN and/or SEMH pupils
• Confident in behaviour management strategies
• Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs
• Strong communication skills when liaising with staff and parents
• Passionate about creating positive learning experiences
