Need help mounting a TV on the wall

I recently bought a new flat-screen TV and need someone experienced to securely mount it on my living room wall. The wall is drywall with studs, and I want the TV to be perfectly level and safely installed. I have the mounting bracket but would appreciate advice on the best placement and cable management.
