Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who will be overseeing Social Media and digital Marketing Strategy, and leading Client Success, for a selection of esteemed brands and businesses across our portfolio.
We are looking for commercially aware individual, with a creative, strategic mind and a proven ability to manage high-profile client accounts and generate real returns through leveraging creative.
In this role, you will develop and deliver innovative, social-first marketing strategies while working with a team of creatives and technical specialists to bring the vision to life. Your focus will be on driving client growth and ROI through cutting-edge content strategies, performance marketing, integrating platform strategies and seamless client leadership, guidance and communication, leading a collaborative creative process for your team and accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development
- Create innovative, data-driven social media and marketing strategies tailored to premium and luxury brands, ensuring alignment with each client’s growth and ROI objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research, audience analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategies.
- Translate brand objectives into creative campaigns, ensuring relevance across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) through the leadership and management of our creative team.
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Present strategies, campaign ideas, and performance reports with confidence and clarity.
- Work collaboratively with clients to align on goals, ensuring transparency and trust in all deliverables.

- Oversee ongoing management of your strategy and your team's content in the form of assembling content for previews and working with clients to review and sign off content, campaigns and any other marketing materials and ensuring content goes live correctly and on time.
- Allocate captions and copy to campaigns and organic posts for content sharing and in alignment with your brands and strategy.
Creative Oversight
- Lead and manage a team of creatives, including content managers, editors, and paid media specialists, to execute strategies effectively.
- Provide clear and actionable creative briefs, ensuring all content aligns with client goals and brand identity.
- Oversee content creation and edits, including videos, reels, carousels, and photography, ensuring a high standard of quality.
Campaign Execution and Monitoring
- Oversee the implementation of social media calendars, ad campaigns, and community management strategies.
- Track and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine and optimize strategies for better results.
- Collaborate with the Creative Media team to ensure your strategy is executed in terms of content creation and editing.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media team to ensure cohesive strategies across organic and paid channels.
Leadership and Innovation
- Drive thought leadership by staying ahead of social media and industry trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Mentor and inspire the creative team, fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment.
- Support influencer and partnership campaigns in collaboration with the PR team as needed.
- Be extremely tapped into the social and digital space, we want you to be the person catching trends, understanding industry changes and bringing new fresh concepts and ideas to the team.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills and Experience
- Strategic Expertise: 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing strategy, idea generation, success and results with premium or luxury brands in the hospitality or property space.
- Client Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, with a proven track record of managing multiple high-profile clients.
- Creative Vision: A strong creative eye with the ability to conceptualise, direct, and manage the delivery of visually impactful campaigns.
- Content Excellence: Hands-on experience with social media platforms, including content planning, community management, and creating high-quality assets.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting data and campaign performance to inform strategies and improve ROI.
- Leadership: Experience managing and mentoring creative teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring accountability.
- Account Management: Able to oversee ongoing management of your strategy and your team's content in the form of assembling content for previews and working with clients to review and sign off content, campaigns and any other marketing materials.
Technical Proficiency
- Strong proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Strong understanding of marketing data and paid media data (you need to be able to look at your analytics and read what works and doesn’t as well as know where content should be placed for optimal impact).
- Strong strategic thinking skills and understanding of what resonates with social-first audiences.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a natural ability to inspire confidence in clients and internal teams.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects and priorities and lead your team according to deadlines and expectations.
- Advanced presentation skills (you feel confident to lead rooms of stakeholders from senior positions in businesses, present your ideas with clarity and confidence and handle discomfort).
- Strong leadership skills - you need to lead your clients and your team to align with your strategies and visions for your clients success.

- Salary: £36-42k per annum starter, depending on experience + a very competitive annual performance bonus scheme.

- Expertise in crafting, managing and presenting concepts to clients and senior business stakeholders.

- Demonstrated expertise in social media strategy for premium or luxury clients (3+ years minimum).
- Strong portfolio of work showcasing campaign strategies, creative ideas, and measurable results.
- Confident communicator, with experience managing senior stakeholders and presenting to high-level executives.
- Innovative and strategic thinker who is confident in coming up with brand defining ideas and presenting them to stakeholders with confidence and data backed understanding.
- In depth and fluent understanding of the social media space and its constant evolution.
- In depth and fluent understanding of customer behaviour and response to marketing concepts and ideas.
- Ability to lead creative teams and manage complex, multi-platform campaigns.
