We're on the lookout for a passionate Nursery Manager to lead a thriving early years setting not too far from Aylesbury. This is your chance to shape children's first experiences of learning in a warm, supportive, and community-focused environment.

Permanent, full-time role

Salary from £30,000-£32,600

Flexible shift patterns :

• Early start / early finish (7 : 30am start)
• Later start with 6 : 30pm finish

Supportive leadership team and welcoming school community

Initial temp cover period (13th - 31st October) with a seamless move into a permanent contract

👩‍🏫 Who we're looking for as a Nursery Manager

Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years (or above)

Strong EYFS knowledge and leadership experience

Someone who thrives on building a safe, stimulating, and happy environment for children

A confident manager ready to support staff and bring out the best in the team
