About the Role
This senior leadership position will see you :
- Leading the delivery of major projects and frameworks across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors.
- Acting as a key client liaison, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to grow the business.
- Providing technical leadership, ensuring quality standards are upheld across all commissions.
- Managing and mentoring a team of surveyors, supporting their professional growth and MRICS progression.
- Taking responsibility for financial performance, business development, and resource planning.
