Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner | Rochdale (Hybrid) | £60-65k | PE Backed

Axon Moore have exclusively partnered with a long standing client, a large private equity backed services business who are looking to add a fully qualified Finance Business Partner to their team on a full time permanent basis.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will have 1 direct report (a qualified Management Accountant). Responsibilities include :

Oversight of the month-end reporting packs

Leading the monthly finance review

Business partner with Operations Directors and Head of Departments

Interpreting and articulating financial results, trends, and key variances vs financial plans

Lead the budget and forecast preparation

Identifying, developing, and embedding new and more insightful ways of communicating analytical outcomes that drive business performance, including where appropriate financial business KPI’s

Working with the FP&A team to strengthen the financial planning cycle and output

Initiative & Synergy tracking vs budget and forecast

Evaluating and tracking risk and opportunities for specific areas of the business

Initial point of contact for lines of business in relation to financial analysis

Deep dive analysis to inform the business and drive performance

Weekly revenue flash reporting

Line management of 1 direct report

Person specification :

Must be a fully qualified accountant

Confident communicator with an ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders

Ability to work in a fast paced, PE environment
