Who are you?

As the UK Insurance Lead, your primary goal will be to drive growth and provide strategic leadership for our insurance practice. With extensive knowledge of the UK insurance market, particularly in general insurance, life insurance, and speciality insurance sectors, you will leverage your expertise to deliver innovative, tailored solutions for our insurance clients, addressing their unique challenges and enabling them to achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients within the UK insurance sector and proactively identify new business opportunities.
• Lead high-profile insurance-related projects, delivering consultancy and advisory services tailored specifically to client needs.
• Understand client-specific challenges within the insurance landscape and develop customised strategies and solutions.
• Manage, guide, and build a dedicated team of insurance consultants, providing expertise, leadership, and coaching.
• Stay informed about industry developments such as digital transformation, insurance technology innovations, and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks like IFRS 17, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in the UK insurance market, translating this into actionable insights.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and detailed reports on insurance market trends, regulatory issues, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Work collaboratively across practices to offer integrated solutions and enhance Projective Group’s market presence within the insurance sector.
