The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior SQL Server DBA to manage mission-critical data infrastructure for major UK brands. This is a fully remote opportunity to join a collaborative technical team, delivering high-performance database solutions across diverse client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Core DBA : Administer, secure, and upgrade SQL Server environments.
• Performance : Expert-level tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• High Availability : Implement and manage Always On, Clustering, and Log Shipping.
• Strategy : Provide technical leadership and guidance to client teams.
• Automation : Utilize PowerShell and T-SQL to refine processes.
• Support : Participate in a shared 24 / 7 on-call rota.
