Full time (Monday - Friday 08 : 45 to 17 : 00)

Working alongside our Senior Professional Services Manager, your responsibilities will include :
Learning our products thoroughly to set up clients correctlyInterpreting client needs and map these to our specific featuresContributing to the development and execution of client project plans, timelines and deliverables, supporting long-term client relationshipsParticipating in client meetings, workshops and trainingCreating and improving training materials and use screen sharing and communication technologies to train clientsAdhering to project deadlines and budgets, raising potential issuesCreating reports using PowerBI and ExcelAbout You
Minimum 1 - 2 years' prior experience in a comparable role in Customer Success / Software Implementation / Professional Services / Solution ConsultingKnowledge of SaaS solutions or cloud technologies is an advantageBasic understanding of project management principlesAnalytical, organised, with strong problem-solving skillsAble to create and improve training materials and use screen sharing and communication technologies to train clientsAble to create reports using PowerBI and ExcelAble to work independently and in a team and build strong relationshipsConsultative with excellent verbal / written communication skillsOwn a car with a clean and valid driving licenceEligible to work in the UKFluency in English is a must, whilst other languages are welcomedAbout Us
