Leicester

up to 40k per annum

In steps the Office Manager role.

Were a growing digital business with big ambitions with a hands on Managing Director who thrives on building creating and moving quickly.

To support this next phase of growth were looking for a confident highly organised Office Manager to become the backbone of the business. Someone who brings clarity control and calm to a dynamic environment.

This role isnt about managing a packed diary or booking constant travel. Instead its about owning the day to day organisation of the business anticipating whats needed and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so the MD can stay focused on growth.

The role

As the Office Manager your role will be the central point of organisation and coordination across the business. Bringing structure where its needed keep processes tight and ensuring projects marketing developments and anything else in between doesnt slip.

Working closely with the Managing Director its integral to be the trusted support and problem solver while also taking ownership of office operations.

What do we need

  • To keep the business organised controlled and running efficiently day to day

  • Supporting the Manging Director with practical proactive assistance (without heavy diary or travel management)

  • Managing office administration documentation and internal processes

  • Putting systems in place and improving existing ways of working

  • Acting as a steady reliable presence as the business continues to grow

  • Spotting issues before they become problems and taking action

You will need to be someone who genuinely enjoys organisation. You like knowing where everything is whats coming next and how to make things work better.

You will likely have previous experience as a PA EA or Office Manager and bring confidence in stepping into a growing business where things are evolving.

You will need to have a strong natural ability to organise. Somebody who is calm reliable and in control and have practical hands on experience within taking ownership.
