Customer Support Engineer

We're looking for a Customer Support Engineer to support customers through investigation and modifications of OpenWorks products. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults and issues on customer-owned equipment both in the factory and at customer sites worldwide as a Field Service Representative.
