We are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a specialist SEMH school supporting pupils aged 5–11. About the role You will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils who may have experienced trauma, disrupted attachments, and challenges with behaviour and emotional regulation. Your role will be key in helping to create a safe, predictable, and nurturing environment where children feel understood, supported, and ready to learn. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent role following a successful initial period.
