Business Development Coordinator

Hours : 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?

As Business Development Coordinator , you'll be working within the Business Development team, supporting them in securing work. It is a fast-paced environment with many new work opportunities being explored at any one time. The successful candidate will help identify, manage and report on those opportunities.

Your day to day will include :

• Liaising between the Business Development team and the operational design teams, managing the CRM email address, sales portal and mailbox
• Working with the Business Development team monitoring CRM pipeline data, making sure opportunities are accurate and up to date, developing report writing, capturing feedback and arranging lessons learnt discussions
• Holding weekly call with operational design teams identifying enquiries, recording opportunities in the CRM and adding to the pipeline
• Monitoring progress of proposals submitting of these in accordance with Kier Design governance and to the satisfaction of the business
