Registered Manager

to manage a small, Adult Care service in Neath, supporting adults with autism and complex care needs. This is a lovely opportunity to join a reputable organisation who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

Essential

Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or Level 4, working towards Level 5)

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport with relatives

Experience in a managerial / deputy role at a similar service

Experience developing and nurturing a team
