This is £26,280 per annum (FTE is 40 hours per week, pro rata for part time)

We are seeking a Community Support Worker to assist a young man with learning disabilities in his own home in Cambridge and while out in the community. You will be lone working, supporting this young man with his weekend activities which may involve travel to Huntingdon. With an expected longer shift on a Saturday and shorter shift on a Sunday, you will need to provide a nurturing, supportive and patient approach and hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to use your own car for work.
As a Community Support Worker you will assist with :
household chores, personal care and medication management.supporting people to medical appointments.supporting people during daytime outings including shopping trips, dining out and visits to the park.participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.Why work for us?
