• Deliver nurture-based teaching in small groups and 1 : 1 settings
• Support pupils with SEMH needs, including emotional regulation and behaviour management
• Use trauma-informed and attachment-aware approaches
• Implement personalised learning and behaviour support plans
• Work closely with pastoral teams, SENCOs, and external professionals
• Create a calm, predictable, and inclusive learning environment
