Account Manager

KES Solutions is a well-established, independent recruitment agency based in Houghton-le-Spring. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and dedicated team.

About the Role :

In this role, youll be responsible forresourcing and account managingsome of our key client accounts, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.

There may also be opportunities to get involved in Business Development, where you can grow your own client base across a range of sectors and geographical areas.

What Were Looking For :

Were particularly interested in candidates who have :

Experience in managing temporary contracts

A background in permanent placements is a plus

A track record of working to and exceeding targets

A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional client service

A thorough and professional approach - were looking for someone who takes pride in doing things properly
