This is a great opportunity for an experienced Technical / Design Coordinator to join a medium sized main contractor in south London. The business typically delivers residential schemes at between £10m and £15m which are a mix of bespoke developments in both traditional build and RC frame. The business take pride in delivering projects to a particularly high standard which has help[ed them maintain long term partnerships with clients, sub-contractors and consultants. The company are also committed to the development of their staff and maintain an exceptional company culture.

Requirements for the Technical Coordinator role

• Experience working in a coordination role with a main contractor or developer
• Experience working on residential projects
• Experience with RC frame projects (ideally)
