Building Surveyor

Overview

Construo are working with a respected firm of Chartered Surveyors who are looking to expand their residential valuation team across multiple UK locations. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced surveyors seeking strong fee income, consistent workflow, and career progression.

Salary : £50,000–£60,000 DOE + benefits

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for a range of residential property valuations and surveys, including :

• Loan security valuations (standard residential, buy-to-let, HMO, bridging, light refurb, and multi-unit).
• Valuations for Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Probate, Matrimonial and Housing Associations.
• RICS Level 2 Home Surveys.
