What Youll Be Doing

Creating a caring, nurturing home environment where children feel safe and supported.

Leading and inspiring a team who put children at the heart of everything they do.

Working closely with children to make sure their voices are heard and their needs are met.

Making sure the home meets Ofsted standards while keeping it homely and welcoming.

Building positive relationships with families, schools, and professionals to give children the best opportunities.

Encouraging a culture of kindness, respect, and growth for both children and staff.

What Were Looking For

Experience as a Deputy Manager or Manager in a childrens residential setting.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it).

A strong understanding of safeguarding and childrens care regulations.

A natural leader who can guide, support, and inspire a team.

Someone who believes in giving children the same love, care, and respect you would want for your own family.

A UK driving licence.
