Role : Finance Administrator

Mission

We have great products to sell, and we need a great administrator to support us to do this. You’ll be working with cross-functional teams to provide seamless administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, reviewing and reconciling financial records (we use open accounts)
• Identifying discrepancies or inaccuracies
• Processing bank deposits, payments and reimbursements
• Contacting customers to ensure timely payments
• Reporting on the status of accounts payable and receivable
• Generating and maintaining operations administration (we use Radius) for deliveries, stock and production planning workflows
• Recommending improvements to maintain integrity, consistency and quality
