About the Role
We are seeking experienced
NMC-registered Learning Disabilities Nurses (RNLDs)
across the UK to join our nationwide team of
Functional Assessors . This is an excellent opportunity for RNLDs looking for structured daytime hours, improved work-life balance, and a new clinical challenge, while continuing to use their specialist expertise in a supportive and rewarding setting.
No previous Functional Assessor experience is required
full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out functional assessments using a structured, evidence-based clinical approach
Review claimant information and medical evidence
Produce high-quality, accurate clinical reports
Maintain NMC professional standards and follow clinical best practice
Work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team
What Youll Need
To be considered for this role, you must :
Be an
NMC-registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD)
Have
a minimum of 1 years post-registration clinical experience in the UK
Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
Be confident using digital systems in a hybrid work environment
Bring a compassionate, professional, patient-centred approach
