The Branch & Sales Office Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations while leading the internal sales, purchasing, and admin teams to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support.
This role requires a dynamic and proactive leader who can balance operational efficiency, financial oversight, and customer relationship management.
Overview
- Oversee daily business activities, ensuring smooth operations in all areas, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and profitability, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
Support business development by maintaining customer relationships and assisting sales teams with complex quotes.Ensure timely and professional responses to customer enquiries and resolve escalated issues.Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.Represent the branch within the local business community and support growth initiatives.Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role within an engineering, manufacturing or industrial setting.Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of motivating and developing staff.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, managing multiple priorities seamlessly.Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.Sales and marketing proficiency with proven ability to drive growth and customer engagement.Proficient in CRM systems and other business software.Salary & Benefits
