A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Supervisor to join a busy, fast-paced Commercial dealership in Heathrow.

Parts Supervisor Role

As Parts Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Parts Manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the parts department. You will lead a small team, manage inventory and stock control, and ensure the timely delivery of parts to the workshop and retail customers.

Parts Supervisor Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the parts department as the Parts Supervisor

Ensure timely and accurate ordering, receipt, and dispatch of parts

Maintain optimal stock levels and monitor stock accuracy

Provide guidance and supervision to Parts Advisors and junior staff

Collaborate with service and workshop teams to meet demand efficiently

Deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external customers

Identify and act on upselling opportunities to increase departmental performance

Assist the Parts Manager with departmental reporting and performance trackingWhat We’re Looking For
