We're currently working with a high-growth construction business where finance is at the heart of decision-making and they are looking for a Qualified Management Accountant to join the team in a newly created position.

Working alongside the FC, the business is looking for a hands-on, proactive accountant who can deliver accurate reporting, partner with commercial teams, and help shape processes asthe business scales. With exciting projects in the pipeline, this role offers real scope for influence and progression.

What You'll Be Doing

• Produce accurate monthly management accounts, ensuring timely reporting to the Financial Controller.
• Partner with the commercial team to analyse project performance, margins, and costs.
• Lead and develop a direct report while supporting the wider finance function.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and oversee month-end close.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for multiple projects and entities.
• Ensure VAT, CIS, and tax compliance, working closely with external advisors.
