Office based.Due to continued growth and expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our Electrical Division. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for supervising remedial works operations generated by our PPM and Reactive Maintenance Divisions, servicing our commercial clients in the Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare and Education sectors.This permanent position is office based in SO40 9JG.Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Package : Salary between £40,000 - £43,000 per annum (depending on experience).Core hours, Mon-Fri 07 : 30 - 17 : 00.22 days annual leave plus bank holidaysCompany PensionDuties : Supervising remedial works orders following clients quote approval.Overseeing directly employed field electricians.Controlling day-to-day workload meeting clients contractual SLAs & KPIs.Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and authorisation of minor works certification.Develop working relationships with client key account and area managers.Provide technical support.Provide training to junior staff within the team.Attend client meetings when instructed by the Divisional Senior Manager.The successful candidate will possess the following key skills and qualifications : Preferred, Electrical Testing & Inspection 2391-52NVQ L3 Electrical Installation.Wiring Regulations 18 th

Edition.Full Driving LicenseMin of 2yrs experience in similar role.Competence is use of Microsoft Office.Excellent communication skills.3-month probation period.Offer of employment will be conditional on a satisfactory completion of a DBS check.
