Teaching Personnel Dorset is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor / Cover Teacher to work at schools in and around the Totton area. This role is ideal for those looking to work full-time and make a positive impact on students' education.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervising and engaging students in their learning.
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere.
- Supporting the educational progress of our students.
- Demonstrating good behaviour management skills to align with school policies.
- Covering a range of subjects as necessary, with lesson plans provided by the class teacher.
